Orders placed before 2.00pm will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2.00pm may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Free Delivery over £40


Postage and packing is FREE for all UK orders of £40 and over. Applies to standard delivery only

Please note that prescription medication must be reviewed and approved by our GMC registered doctor before being dispatched, so please allow additional time for order processing.

Shipping Options and Returns

  • UK Standard Delivery

    For all orders under £40, a UK Standard Delivery charge of £2.95 will be added. Standard Delivery orders can take up to two days to arrive. All standard delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and require a signature.

  • Special Delivery

    A Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day option is available – costing £5.90. Special Delivery orders placed before 3.00pm will arrive before 1.00pm the next working day. Orders placed after 3.00pm will be processed the following working day. Special Delivery orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

  • Packaging

    All our deliveries are sent using plain, unbranded packaging with complete discretion assured.

  • Overseas Deliveries

    Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, or the most appropriate method if this is not available. The postage and packing fee for overseas deliveries will vary by country.
